I went for a Brazilian. WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had. What should of taken 20 mins, took over an hour and STILL was incomplete. I came in over my lunch break expecting a full Brazilian, however, the lady kept stopping saying that she was “all done” when there was clearly massive amounts of hair left. She even tried tweezing the remaining! She was clearly inexperienced and I’ll-trained. She stopped at least twice with that “all done” line before I just gave up and got up from the table. A Brazilian should never take an hour! Especially when the service was not even completed! I walked away with half my hair still there! Then she wanted to charge me full price....and I obviously expressed how inappropriate it was for her to expect me to pay full price for a half service. Also, it would be in the best interest of your clients if didn’t perform a Brazilian with eyebrow strips! It’s not only excruciating, but unnecessarily time consuming when you can easily go somewhere like European Wax Center and get a peel wax that is over and done in 20 minutes for the price. This place was trash! Never again!

An absolutely great experience at this place. My daughter and I had the deluxe pedicure. It was VERY relaxing and the people did a wonderful job. They were super nice and friendly. The atmosphere is SO nice. Very clean, pretty, relaxing and professional. Even the music they play is beautiful and relaxing! I will definitely be back.

Horrible service. Once the lady finished my pedicure because it was 8:01pm she refused to do a simple manicure with no color or anything because she said “it’s past 8 o’clock and we are closed” and she wanted to go home...... terrible TERRIBLE service....meanwhile you have customer INSIDE your store you grant them their services, plain and simple. That’s the policy EVERYWHERE! I just wanted her to clean up my cuticles and put clear on my nails..THATS IT! something that would’ve taken 10 min tops!.....NEVER going back...and I don’t recommend this place to ANYONE.

Too pricey not worth it! Not even every bubbles in the water, older lady was a bit rude and rough.. I went to the queen B across the plaza next to joy foot spa ! I gave her 5 bucks honestly I should've gave maybe one dollar.! Save your money do your own DIY foot scrub at home !

I love this salon. They always treat me and my daughters great with fast, friendly service and great looking nails at a great price. . I would recommend to anyone.
