Sophie is extremely rude and disrespectful. Does a poor job when it comes to customer service. Consistently argues with her customers, refuses to listen. Sends customers away when there’s more than enough time left to take customers. Has an issue with raiseing her voice with customers. Insist on getting a tip. Always asking how people are paying to make sure she gets a tip. Very disappointed with Sophie services. I would give it no stars if I could. One is being too generous. AVOID SOPHIE at all cost!!!!

Driving for an hours just want Sofia take care my nail, she does the best with everything. I love her

Sophie and nick are really kind to their customers. Their work is very professional . I love my nails every time I go there. Nick explains every step to me. I am always so pleased with his work. He amazes me.
