I was really excited to come here it looked nice & it was a few blocks from my house. So i was getting my pedi done by a new guy which he took a really long time. I felt bad and didn't bother saying anything... also when they were done they just left me there after regular customer walked in I was not acknowledged. I could have walked out and not paid and they didn't even turn to ask if i needed help with my shoes etc when every other place i go to they put my shoes on so i won't ruined them. & ask if i like them any who 3 days later my gels nails where chipping off :,( now 4 nails are ruined what a waist of time and $ dont be fooled by the nice looking nail salons..

Tried to use a Groupon at this salon, but owner told me that they only honor those in the morning. Well, most of us, including myself, work mornings. Asked her about Saturdays and she said that they don't have anything available for a while on Saturdays. Clearly doesn't want the business, so I asked her why she's advertising on Groupon if she cannot accommodate those customers? And she hung up on me, then proceeded to call me back twice leaving messages in either Korean or Vietnamese, which I cannot understand. Horrible customer service. Will never try them and will tell my friends to steer clear.

I am 98% of the time a positive review leaver BUT just 15 minutes ago I came from Bungalow Nail Lounge and was shocked by how I was treated. I called in an hour before and asked if they did acrylic nails and the woman who answered say "yes we have a Groupon for $35". We scheduled for me to come in and I told her I live in downtown so it will take me 30 minutes or longer. She said ok great and took my name down. Long story short I pulled up out 1 hr on my meter when I walked in a woman was on the phone and walking in from the back, as I waited and she didn't even look up to acknowledge I was there... I'm especially bothered by this because I've worked since I was 15yrs old and customer service is #1 especially for a new business like this. When she was finally finished with her phone call she wasn't polite and I explained I called an hour ago and would do the acrylic nails and deluxe pedicure like the Groupon said and it was $28 bc of "sunny20l discount. I didn't buy the Groupon yet bc the woman on the phone said I can pay in the store. That also seemed weird to me. She then had me sit and wait again... it's just the 2 of us here in this salon. She started taking photos of the room and didn't even explain to me what was going on. I am practicing patience at this point :) Then she gets on the phone again , my guess is she's talking to the owner. "I can only take $35 cash not $28 I won't take the Groupon" I said this was horrible customer service and she wasn't even nice about it and said I'll take my business somewhere else. Positive side is I decided to spend a few hours in sherman oaks, so bungalow thanks for that!

Yicks what drama. I guess I got lucky lol I was trying to kill some time so I yelped a nail place around the area I was in and called this place. They happened to have a Groupon which was awesome. Why not. Making an appt was a piece of cake but clearly many others have been having trouble Groupon is poison for small business owners, unless the customer actually ends up coming back. I think the owner doesn't know what she got herself into and they probably didn't explain things to her properly. Overload of groupons, full voicemail box, not enough people working, sneaky people that came back and reused groupons! Like really!?!? I was just kinda annoyed because I waited forever. But I mean yesterday I had time to spare. I love my nails and although it's a bit of a disaster inside the salon right now It didn't bother me. Bernadette did my mani pedi beautifully. I suggest get a refund from Groupon it's easy, I'm sure you'll still have trouble making an appt cause everything's booked up. I had a good experience yesterday lol
