I been going there for a long time. All most 9 years. Since they opened after the lock down because of the Pandemic customers are suffering. The prices have gone up dramatically and the service is bad. Appointments are not on time 😒 I had an appointment and she took me 35 minutes after the scheduled time. The owner Diana is rude and unprofessional 🤷♀️ I don't recommend going there at all anymore. They don't wipe down the stations anymore or change the plastic in the basin witth the pedicures. This is very unsanitary.

today i came in for an acrylic refill. i wasn’t expecting much because the price was so cheap. but, i was wrong! the place was stunning, so gorgeous inside and spotlessly clean. the temperature wasn’t freezing and it didn’t reek of alcohol. as soon as i walked in i was assisted by a very nice lady. she did my nails and she was so gentle and made sure i was okay with everything she did to the nails. 20 out of 10! i definitely recommend!! coming again!

Don’t waste your money. They don’t know how to do pedicures. I had to tell the lady to cut and clean up my cuticles and the owners don’t care that the customers are unhappy. Polish job is terrible. I could have did better myself
