I will start off by saying i am a stickler with myself nails and based off reviews decided to give take a chance and give this place a shot. From a distance my nails look great but ultimately they are not. I was turned off when I finally got to have a seat and the man took the towel of nail clippings from someone else, flung them off and put it back down. Didn’t even change the towel. I also felt some type away about the tools used as they don’t seem to be cleaned or disinfected between customers.
I asked for a manicure along with a new set. He cut my nails any please way, not even, some slanted and he didn’t bother to file them. He then proceeded to remove my dead cuticles. I asked him to fix a couple nails because I felt one side was more slanted and he gave a slight attitude and started being rough.
I more than likely will not be returning. The end result was okay. Could have been better. He left acrylic under two nails. And I’m not sure if it’s that or the little piece of my real nail that isn’t covered (because the fake nail wasn’t fitted correctly) but my nails have been snagging on my hair and all kinds of stuff. I also feel like the base of my nails could look a little smoother….

Love going to this shop. But I don't like going when the on owners are not there. They are not as pleasant.

I have been coming here for few yrs now. I have had some issues but as soon I advise the owner David he address them and fix it. I moved out of the area almost 2hrs away and still drove up here for Harry and Jessica. I would recommend them anyday.

This isn’t the first time i’ve been here and normally i’m pleased with their work but this time is disappointing, i waited 2hours and once i sat down the lady was very aggressive with doing my nails, made one of my nails bleed twice and multiple fingers on each hand hurt. i don’t know if i’ll be back

I'm not sure where to begin!!! I've done SNS nails for a long time!! This salon's method is extremely damaging to your nails!!! PLEASE BE AWARE!!! On your nails, they apply an acrylic layer with a color on top ( instead of the dip method). This did a lot of damage to my nails!! The first time I went, a young lady did them nicely and did the acrylic layer with the color coat. I didn't mind because I thought it was a new method. The second time I visited, it was by far the worst experience and I will never returning!
The person doing it was a little rude. When he was filing my nails he would tap my fingers with the nail filer, presumably to hold them down (note that my fingers never moved ) and he consistently kept doing that the whole time!!
Going on, I'd already decided on a color, but he painted my nails in an ombré pattern and asked if I liked it. I told him no, I'd already decided on a one-tone color. So he polishes the tips of one of my nails and makes a shiny design. I told him again that I had already chosen my color and didn’t like it. What I don't understand is, if I've already decided on a color, you're insisting on different designs and wasting my time. He seemed to be trying to upsell me in some way. All to say in my opinion, you should save your time and go somewhere else, particularly if you get SNS!! My nails are currently so damaged and thin due to their way of doing SNS.
