My daughter and I were loyal customers (every 2 weeks) getting manicures, pedicures, etc. since this establishment opened until today. We had an appointment today and after over an hour of waiting, my daughter’s dedicated technician was still servicing another client. When I brought this to the attention of the owner (Emily), she made excuses, talked over me, and did NOT try and resolve the issue. In fact she was quite rude, told me she didn’t have any other choice and walked away when she didn’t like what I had to say. I then asked my dedicated technician to stop my services and I would pay for the work she had done thus far, as we would be leaving and not coming back. I do not give my business to establishments who lack customer service, especially when I’ve been a loyal customer who spends over $200 with them every 2 weeks!!

I was charged $5 to fix one nail that broke 3 days later. I always come here and now they have been popping up with random prices for things that should not cost such as getting a nail fixed and $5 and $10 extra for random things. Might need to find a cheaper nail shop now.

I went in to get a fill and ended up having to have them removed with a full set. That’s not the problem, the snow storm delayed my fill so they did need to be replaced however by the time I walked out of there I spent $70 DOLLARS ON NAILS!!! I have had nails for a long time never have I spent more than $45. I’m new to the area and I’m finding all these salons NICKLE AND DIME YOU FOR EVERY SINGLE THING. I paid $10 to have them removed and another $20 for pink & white ombré which I have always gotten and NEVER have had to pay extra for it! I paid another $25 for the set to be put back on and hell I don’t even know where the other $15 came from but it was RIDICULOUS. The gal was super sweet but talked on her phone the entire time. I couldn’t tell if she was talking to me or to someone else. It was awkward as she was speaking Vietnamese with a plastic barrier between me and her so it was hard to hear or tell if she was speaking to me. The salon was ok not very friendly and I felt rushed in. I tried to explain to the girl what I wanted but it confused the girl doing my nails so it didn’t start off the best. I felt like I had done something wrong when I filled out the sheet, it was MY FIRST TIME IN THERE.

I went into this establishment the week of Christmas. I went in for a gel mani and pedi. Ben did a great job on my pedicure. I received the basic/lowest level pedicure. I also had someone perform my manicure. They did an ok job with application. Was not special in the slightest. Before leaving the establishment, one of my nails (after curing) had already fallen off. Ben had to come to repaint them. A day later the gel also came off of another finger nail and I had to call them as again this was after the cure and it still fell off. I made an appointment to come in for 12. I get there and was not serviced til 12:15. The woman who serviced me was very rushed. They took a walk in who was there before me instead of honoring my appointment time. Less than a week later I now have 2 more chipped gel nails (1 being one that was previously fixed). My conclusion is that they water down their product and as a customer I am receiving bad quality service.

I had a better experience at their old location. At their new location I got a Mani pedi and I had no complaints. that was a long time ago. About a month ago I got a french style tip done with powder. The tech left 2 nails looking poorly. Then last week I got a manicure with polish. Bad idea. The polish lasted about 3 days. She didn't give it a top coat. They don't have fast drying polish or uv lights. The positive is that I get a complimentary full glass of wine every time I go.
