The guy that everyone is enamored with is only nice to regular customers. He is arrogant and rude. The work I saw was mediocre and people that review the work there can't know what good techniques are.

I would give a 0 star if possible! My two daughters and myself went in to get our nails down in preparation for my eldest daughters wedding. The wedding is being done in a fall theme. The person doing my youngest daughter's nails put flowers instead of the leaves design she requested. As for my oldest daughter they did such a terrible job that she finally told the woman just do a French manicure although she a picked our a beautiful fall design for her nails and is now going someplace else to have it done correctly. As for my nails, the woman was on her cell phone and just painted them one color so I never had a chance to tell her what design I would like. For their terrible workmanship I had to pay them $75.00. Needless to say none of us will be returning!

I am a loyal fan. They're very friendly and can call you by name. Customer service is fantastic And I always get good compliments on my nails wherever I go

I have been getting my nails and feet done here for many, many years. Tommy is fabulous and the girls' work is flawless too! I refuse to let anyone else touch my hands and feet! Make an appt if you can, but well worth the wait if necessary. They are often busy because everyone knows how wonderful their services are!
