I have been going to Holly for 15 years. I followed her from a previous location to this shop because she understands what is important to her clients. She has high business standards and is still very engaging with her clients and attune to our ever changing (sometimes never changing) requests.

Lisa did my hands and another lady w curly hair. I loved the atmosphere very comfortable!! You can see Lisa did the better job but everyone was soo nice.

Good color selection for dip nails, very clean. Holly was thorough! Will definitely return!

I always mean to leave a review every time i leave,so here it is. I intentionally pass 2 other good nail salons in lutz to come here because the customer service is outstanding. These are the kindest women who ALWAYS go above and beyond. Do not sleep on this place y'all.

I have been coming here for about 2 years now and today was the worst experience ever. I asked for a French pedicure and the lady(I don't even know what name she used) cut me 3 times making me bleed, and she just wiped it off with a dry towel, nothing else. Then when she went to do the white lines, all of them were uneven and I asked her to make them smaller to even them, and she still did not do that. Then she didn't wait for the white part to try and added on the clear coat, which blended everything together. At the end, she did not even clean around the edges and had the audacity to charge me 5 extra dollars for the uneven lines. Her work was not professional at all. Needless to say, I will never come back nor recommend this place to anyone. So sad because it was never like this.
