The dye did not stay in my hair and my hair was cut very uneven. Overpriced for the quality they give. I’ll never go back. Would give it zero stars if I could.

I'm disappointed on the hair color I paid for. The hair dresser told me my old highlights will bleed through .and that it won't stay that dark. I'm fair skinned. To have darker hair makes me look pale. I've washed my hair once. It still seems to dark. This is my last time going to finally Lisa's. I went to finally Lisa's last summer. My hair was long.(middle of my back) I told the owner I wanted a new look . before I knew it. My hair was cut above my shoulder. . I also got a color. I was happy with the color. But I walked out crying because of how short it was. . no apologies at either time. No discounts offered . at either experience. I'm sure my color will fade a little. And my hair has and will grow back. Just dissapointed.

Will be a repeat customer. Ashley was very personable and paid attention to what I wanted. I'm extremely satisfied. I would recommend her to anyone!
