I don’t understand how this went so wrong. On one hand some of my nails are squared off, others are oval. Nail polish doesn’t go all the way to the edge of the nails and it’s really sloppy. Some of the nails are not smooth. I didn’t really look at my nails until I was on my way home. Lesson learned. I won’t go back. The technician was in a real rush to get my nails done and get on to the next customer. If she’d only taken more time.

There are many nail salons in and around the Gresham area...HOWEVER if you're looking for quality, attractive, comfortable, affordable and super friendly service look no further! I've been going to Kim for years. I won't go anywhere else!

It was MISERABLE! I went in for a shellac mani and pedi and they did a horrible nail job, health inspector came in during visit and that created panic with the workers and my less than hour visit was more than 2 hours! The only why I'm giving it a 2 and not a 1 is because it had potential to go well. The manager was nice, friendly, and the first 20 mins seemed ok. But the next hour and a half ruined it. I wanted to walk out. I also didn't like that she did my mani in the pedi chair, first. I have had other places do this but there were 2 people working on me with a time crunch. This was not the case today.

I love Kim & Bianca!!! They are so sweet!!! The deluxe pedicure is the best here! My feet are always baby soft after. I almost fall asleep during my pedi, this is the first nail salon I've been to that doesn't rush you out the door. They do a phenomenal foot & leg massage. This is the only nail shop I'll go to!!
