Super hectic but expected from this location. The staff tonight was exceptionally attentive and helpful. The self checkout associate was doing her best to keep up and the sweet lady at the door showed initiative and good customer service. Thanks for making my shopping trip and painless and low stress as you did.

This Walmart has the *WORST* customer service.... I’ve called three times now.. The first time I called I asked for the item to be looked up and she said she “Couldn’t do it”. So I asked to be transferred to someone that could and she complained about that and said she couldn’t do it again and that she’d “Have to find someone from the bath department” to do it. I said okay that’s fine, I’ll wait. Ten minutes later, nothing. I hang up, call again and this time directly ask for the bath department. She said: “Hold”. So I waited for just shy of ten minutes... again.. hung up. Called or the third time. Asked for the bath department, again. This time she says: “We don’t have a bath department ma’am.” So I asked her why I was on hold for so long and oh did she get snippy with me! She said something along the lines of how she’d been trying to find someone.. I asked her why I wasn’t informed of what was going on and why I’d been left on hold for over 20 minutes and how I just want to know if they have a shower curtain I stock. But before I could even get it out she puts me on hold. AGAIN. 7minutes later she asks me “WHAT YOU ON HOLD FOR.” So I told her, AGAIN. Says nothing, puts me on hold. I wait. 6minutes later another lady comes to the phone asks me again what I need, I tell them, again. 10 minutes she comes back and says they don’t have it. OH MY GOD. WTH TOOK SO LONG.

Overall a terrible experience. First as usual, Walmart having 1 checkout line with employees standing around on their phones. Clearly are able to assist with checkout. Second and more importantly, I found an immigration visa laying in the isle. Doing what I think was correct I turned it into customer service. I explained to her of how I found it and was wanting her to announce that it was found over the intercom. With her reply of "I don't speak spanish". We didn't leave the store immediately since we had more shopping and wanted to make sure that the message would be relayed over the intercom. Needless to say it wasn't. It would of been more beneficial with me walking around looking for the woman it belonged to. This Walmart is always a terrible experience.

My family ordered our groceries for pick up. Phyllis the nice lady who brought the groceries out was very kind and hospitable. The service is very convenient, but, make sure you order early.

I love their online shopping. No long lines... No impulse buys. Awesome money and time saver.
