Super disappointed, not worth the time or the money spent. I have been here before with only average results, but they are conveniently close and I figured they could get better so I would keep coming back. This last time, I went to get my nails and toes done for my sons baby shower. The ombré style I originally requested the nail tech said she couldn’t do, so we had to improvise and do another style, which was ok even though it’s not what I had my heart set on. I paid a total of $70 between my nails and toes, and ten days after I got them done, they started popping off like press on nails even though I had gotten a full set! I have never seen anything like this before. It got so bad that one of my nails actually snagged out about 10 pieces of my hair when I was running my fingers through it. I called & asked to speak to the manager, was told by the receptionist that the owner was there and that is who I would be speaking to, but when the lady Lisa got on the phone, she said the owner was not in at that time, which contradicted what the receptionist had just told me. I spoke with her about my issue and somehow ended up back on the phone with the receptionist who said her name was Phuong. I was calling to ask for a refund and I was being told that since it had been 3 weeks already, I could only receive a fill, which I would have to pay for, but they wouldn’t charge me for the nails I had already lost. That wasn’t good enough for me, especially since the call was being placed less than 2 weeks after getting my nails done, not the 3 weeks she was stating. She said that is the time expectancy of their work and that they typically tell people to come back in 2 weeks to get a fill anyway, but that doesn’t explain why my nails are popping off like this when I got a full set!! I am livid. She said that virtually no nail shop would issue a refund, as if I was being offered a good deal for my problem. I only wanted the refund back for my nails but since they refused to work with me or at least discount my fill for this sad inconvenience, I will never give them my business again. I had just (forcefully, mind you) removed nails earlier that day that had been done two months prior at another nail salon, and even after two months with no fill and extreme growth, they did not budge or come off on their own! I paid them less to do my nails and they did better work that lasted what felt like a lifetime. I’m disappointed and angry, but moral of the story is, pay attention to the ratings/stars, & don’t give second chances where they aren’t earned!

This Salon is ok in the first but I noticed that every time I come to this nail salon she keep charging me a lot with the same service and style. And only Mike can do your pedicure really clean and nice.

Won’t be coming Here again, it’s so distasteful to tell a customer that what they want on their nails will be “ugly”!! It’s the customer’s preference not yours, so rude!
