they're super nice and very punctual. Michael is very polite, and a real professional. Told him I was getting my nails done for a wedding, and he took extra time and care to make sure they looked right. I showed him a picture of what I wanted off of Pinterest, and he colormatched the polish like instantly, on top of getting the shape exactly right. Would def go back if I actually got my nails done regularly, they're lovely people

Some background information about myself before I begin: I am always a good customer, I never complain, I'm very simple, don't like being fussed over, and I'm a generous tipper...I worked in the industry for years, so I totally understand the importance of all of this. Yesterday I went into the salon for a gel polish change. I usually keep my nails one color, but I decided to be wild and get THREE colors, as I have a special event coming up. This is really quite a simple process: 3 colors, alternating on each nail. Because the nail tech, who didn't speak any English at all, didn't understand my request and confused some colors with one another (I politely tried to helping her out, but again, the language barrier), I was made to feel like I was a total inconvenience by THE OWNER, who has been rude and short with me in the past simply for asking if anyone would be available to do my nails. Exasperated over the fact that she had to intervene, she huffed, "Ugh, too many colors!" To reiterate, this is a common, simple request, one that I have made in the past with no issues at all. The nail tech was also rude to me, often getting frustrated because I couldn't figure out her system of how she wanted my nails under the light. While I can most certainly understand the frustrations of,not being able to communicate and sympathize with this woman, perhaps, the owner should put her on more limited duty until she learns a bit more of English. I have NEVER written a negative review about a business before, but I found this lack of professionalism galling. To be fair, my nails came out beautiful, but I will never return there again. I was made to feel stupid, annoying, and unwelcome.

Always on point! Loni is excellent. In all my many years of getting my nails done, my nails have never lasted more than a week 1/2 until I met Loni. Now I can go at least 3 weeks. No one compares. Been coming here for at least 5+years. Thank you for always being consistently amazing
