I will never come back to this location. Their hours of business are from 9-8. I walked in at 7:30 PM for a simple manicure. The lady at the front desk turned me away for business stating that they were closed. I replied, "but your hours say that you are open until 8pm." They apologized and said they were too busy. Poor business practices. It will be my first and last time ever visiting Happy Nails.

I called at 6:45 for a pedicure but didn't get there until 7:15, they said no problem. Sandy have me a wonderfully relaxing pedicure with lots of massage. She didn't rush at all even though it was past closing. Will definitely come again.

Maybe this is just a bad location, but the service and nail job here was awful.
1. They tore my toe apart.
2. My pedicure tech kept stopping to show other techs pictures of something as if she didn’t have someone waiting for her.
3. Prices are above what they should be for such poor quality.
4. Gel polish was baked around my finger pad and cuticles.
The lady in the front was friendly, though!

Lovely nail technicians here! i love my nails so much. Super friendly too. My nails look flawless. Great atmosphere and the mail technicians really make sure you like your nails. Great price too.
