There was zero wait because they were so well staffed . They screened for covid 19 on entry and had everyone washing their hands so felt extra comfortable with the entire thing and my nails turned out great. Professional staff and the woman at the front counter was extra sweet .

Loved my experience here! Clean, friendly, well staffed! Jason did my pedicure and did a wonderful job! He was very sweet,served me wine and gives a great hot stone massage! He really took the time to really clean up my nails/cuticles and seemed to actually care how they looked!

Great service. I'm always extremely satisfied when I leave. I do not have an issue with any of the services I have tried. The only small thing is if you dont have an appointment you might wait for a while but that only happened maybe 2 or 3 times in the year and half I have been going here. Absolutely love this place.

Been coming here for awhile now and always leave happy! It doesn’t matter who helps me, I always leave with great looking nails. This time around, Danny helped me with the set I wanted. His attention to detail is amazing and he was pleasant all around! Becca is fantastic up front. Great service as soon as you walk in and she makes you feel at home and comfortable as soon as she greets you. Love her!

I see Jasmine every two weeks, and every time she does the most amazing job, Rose and Le are great as well, favorite salon in Knoxville by far!
