I went to get a pedicure today and I left in pain. I was getting my skin/cuticles clipped and she clipped into my skin and cut the side of my toenail. I was bleeding. I know that wasn’t supposed to happen because they can’t cut live skin/cells. I was told that my toenail grows into my skin which doesn’t make sense. If my toenail grew into my skin, I would have an ingrown nail which would cause irritation, swelling, etc. My toenails grow just fine, there was no need to cut my nail so deep that I bled. I will not be returning. I hope I don’t get an infection or fungus.

People were nice but nails were a bit overpriced for the experience I had. I’d say it was a bit of a painful experience. The guy had done my cuticles to where they were sore for the rest of the time he was working on my nails. On top of that the guy had actually ended up cutting me with one of the clippers. Then while working he would also accidentally put acetone on the wound to where I felt like my thumb was nothing but stinging. So needless to say, I don’t think I’ll come back again. The picture posted are day 2 of my solar tip manicure.

Beware!!!! The older man that’s works there cannot do nails. He had polish all outside of my toes. I received poor customer service when I advised them that it needs to be corrected. The lady advised me that she does not see anything wrong and that I need to used “complete sentences”. I was in complete shock for what she said and to ignore that the man had polish on outside of my toes. I told them I want the polish on my toenails not around them. I will never go back to this place.

Nothing special here. Same basic nail shop that treats us like they’re working on an assembly line. I just happened to be in the area and decided to stop in here for a spa pedicure that cost me $20! (that’s a little high for my taste). Be careful not to stick your feet in the water without testing it yourself, the young man who cleans the foot tub for the next client was rushing and made me put my feet in very hot water! If you go on a weekend, prepare to wait. They will tell you to pick out your color but don’t get too excited, as they will not tell you there is a long wait. Also, don’t think because you finally get to sit in a chair that your wait is over, they make you sit until someone is available. I saw a few people get impatient and leave during my visit. Also, was surprised to see so many men working. Not a problem for me, but first time a man has ever done my feet before at one of these nail shops. He wasn’t the friendliest (didn’t seem to speak English very well) but he did a decent job and I especially loved the foot & leg rub...However, I felt he was trying to up-sell me too much on other services. If I ask for a pedicure, just do my feet please!

Every time I go to this place it’s always something. I went and got SNS last week and my nails are lifting already, I'm biting them clean off as I write this review. Last time I got a gel manicure and had to go back within the next day because it was chipping at the ends. You wait 45 minutes to get your eyebrows done when there is only one other customer there. The reason I keep going and giving them the benefit of doubt is because they are literally down the street from me but enough is enough. Thats my last time. Save your money and time!!!
