If I could give this place a zero I would. Don’t even bother coming here, horrible customer service. I went with me and my mom and asked if we were going to be attended before deciding to wait. The owner told us that it was gonna be a 45 minute, which was fair. We awaited almost 3 hours and she told us that we can’t attend us because there going to close.

If i could give zero 🌟 I would,The not certified soon to be nail tech's in first and second chair have a bad attitude. I got there @5:30 waited for a mani & pedi 7:30 came and they claimed i was called yet everyone who was getting service when i got there we're the ones still sitting in the chair... The only pleasant thing about this establishment is the receptionist. They turned me away and she attempted to get one of the to agree to do my pedi. Bad customer service all around. $ price of there service is the only reason they still get business

First off let me just start out by saying that there are only a one or two good nail techs and one good eyebrow lady in this place.
I arrived early because I know the wait time is ridiculous. The nail lady I had today started off gluing her arm rest with acrylic and her acrylic brush that she used to do my nails (it was cleaned before use) then she mixed in new powder into her bowl with the opposite end of her pen. Unsanitary. She was very rough with her machines on my nails and had cut one of my fingers with her machine. I felt as though it was rushed when the day wasn’t even busy. This place increased their prices but their nail techs remain at mediocre level. This place will remain the same if things don’t change. It’s sad to say that they’ve lost a loyal costumer.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here.this might seem dumb to some people but this has been building up over time.

Terrible experience. Got there at 5:55pm
And waited 45 minutes to finally be greeted by Jessica to only be told I must choose between doing a pedicure or doing acrylic. All while expecting only to have wait 15 minutes (only one person ahead of me).
