Wife and I visited today (walk-in). Couple technicians sitting around when we walked in. Claimed they had someone with an appointment (without looking at their appointment book), did not offer to book us for another time. Weren't rude, but something certainly felt off. Not sure if me being male or me being black had any relevance, but I didn't quite feel as though they wanted my business.
J&Q Nail Spa across the street was much more welcoming.

I made an appointment for a pedicure for myself and nails for my daughter. They were ready when we got there. Everything was clean. Their polish was numerically organized, which my OCD self appreciated. The lady who did my pedicure did a great job. My daughter was very happy with her nails. We will definitely be going back.

I do not have a gmail account so I’m using my husbands. My name is tisha and I’ve been here a few times and they’re incredible. My gel nails last forever! Well worth the money and they are the best people. They’re story is amazing and I love supporting this business. Do the same and make an appointment, you won’t be disappointed!!

Received a gift certificate for Perfect Pinkie nail spa so decided to try it out. After using my certificate on a fill, I was very impressed with the level of service and quality. Decided to come back and try it for another fill and pedicure. Had a fantastic experience. You have to make an appt but it's worth it for the service. Very relaxing atmosphere due to the smaller space and appointment only schedule. Not too busy. I felt they spent a good amount of time to make sure they got things right and checked in to make sure I was comfortable and was happy with the work. Will definitely be coming here regularly.

sign said open and walk ins welcome! There was one car in the parking lot and I walked in and asked if they were busy and the lady asked do you have an appointment I said no and she said by appointment only, I told her that the sign said walk ins, welcome! She said she only takes appointment sorry! I left and went down the road!
