Just enjoyed a 5 star experience here! I loved the atmosphere of this place so much! But the customer service I received was outstanding!! Wish we had an identical place like this in Houston so I wouldn’t have to nail spa hop. Was warmly welcomed although this is my first visit I didn’t feel like a “new” customer, aka unimportant. Got a dip manicure and it was executed flawlessly. No one tried to push unnecessary products on me. It was just the most relaxing experience ever! And I know if I’m back in Fort Worth anytime soon where I will be heading!

This is a lovely place to get your nails and feet done. I came here with some friends for my Birthday. You are greeted warmly at the front desk. They offer you a complementary drink while you are being serviced. Alex did a great job on my toe nails and was very patient. The only think that bothered me was that He accidentally nicked me once while filing my nail-bed wen doing my nails. It was my first time getting a dip set. But he did give me some cuticle oil. He was knowledgeable about the type of nail Job i was getting. The employees made sure to accommodate me sitting next to my friends, so overall a great experience.

I finally found my new nail salon! I called for an appointment and they got me right in. From the moment I walked through the door everybody was so friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was knowledgeable and paired me with someone based on what I wanted. Heidi was my nail tech and will be from now on. My appointment was near close but she never rushed even when it was past closing. I'm extremely particular when it comes to my nails and she made sure everything was perfect. Not only are her skills on point but she is so sweet and made my my appt very enjoyable. Thank you Gem!!

First time customer and was extremely pleased with my visit. Sandy did a great job and helped me choose a dip color, great suggestion. No wait time for a Sunday afternoon. Free drinks, place looked clean and welcoming. Staff very friendly, Sandy was talkative and checked several times to see if I was satisfied. I will be back.

I love this place! I’ve looked for a long time for a nail lady and I found her!!! Sandy is AMAZING!! She listens to my concerns and always “nails” it!!! The atmosphere is amazing and they are incredibly friendly and 😂 they know me by name. I highly recommend them!!! My husband says that this is where his coaches meetings should be!
