I enjoy having my nails and a pedicure done ocassionaly, however the last few times I have gone I haven't been satisfied with the service, geting both has taken as long as 4 hours.The last time the nail polish was so thick that it wouldn't dry plus it was rainy which didn't help. I have left even though I wasn't happy dp to time spent there each time. This last time I went back because 3 nails were messed up 2 from the nail polish being so thick and the 3rd one dented my fault but it was because the nail polish was so thick and not dry. When I went back I just asked to have the three fixed even though they all needed repainted. They took the polish off of the three that need repair, and a conversation insued between the guy repairing my polish and the guy who did the polish. He came back and removed all the polish and made them look perfect. This day cost me 5 hours of my time...can't do it. My time is valuable too...

Been getting my nails done here for years!!! Best mani's and pedi's around! And for the imbecile that gave them one star, they're booked solid because they have loyal customers who like going to the best, not because they don't want more business!
