My family came here to get pampered for my moms wedding and the staff here was AMAZING! They catered to all our needs and more! They were so sweet and caring. They made sure we were all in the same room and taken care of. If you all want luxurious services with great customer service...COME HERE!

Very friendly and welcoming. I came closer to closing time and they still took their time on all my services and never felt rushed. Iris did a great job on my pedicure..she’s super nice and informative! Their complimentary drinks are also an added bonus! Would definitely recommend..tons of colors to choose from also!

I had to try this place since it was new and I am beyond pleased. It was welcoming the second I walked in. The man at the front desk was so kind ato help me with the self check in. The tech who did my pedicure was very gentle and took his time painting my toes to perfection! ☝ but my most favorite part was my finger nails, Anne did such a beautiful job. This is the first time in a long time I can say everything looks exactly how I wanted it. I am happy this place opened and I will be returning!!!

I visited this location for acrylic fill and one nail repair service on 07.07.2021. When my services were initially calculated the fill was $28 and $3 for the repair; however, when it was time to pay, my repair cost increased to $12. I inquired why the change in price and was informed because it was acrylic which was the same for the fill and no change in that service price. I reluctantly paid for it along with a tip. On 07.10.2021, I noticed the outer edges of on several nails were lifting along with my nail separating from the nail and acrylic. I visited the shop on 07.11.2021 to address these concerns and the work done resulted in my overall rating. The initial visit was pleasant and I had intentions on returning based on the services (before the change in price at checkout); however the last services were horrible—burning of my nail bed with the tool, damage to my cuticles and failing to address my nail separation from the acrylic and the artificial nail causing bacteria from things touched and handled to reside in between the nail. Also, the wait was excessive considering there was several personnel available to address my concerns and the delay in starting the process after I was seated in the technician’s chair. Unfortunately, I will not return to this location nor recommend them to others. The services started off great and ended horribly.

First time visit & SO AMAZING!!!! Peter was by far the best nail tech I have ever had at any nail salon! The entire experience was fun & the work he did on my nails looks like art!!! He was detailed & dedicated to ensuring I was happy with his work! His customer service was Amazing!!!! Rio Nail Lounge & Peter will have all of my business now! I will refer everyone i know! Thank you!!!:)
