I took my son here for his first eye exam and it was such a great experience. The staff was warm and welcoming. He tends to be super anxious at any kind of Dr appointment, but they were very understanding and patient. I would definitely recommend anybody to go here - especially for kids!

Dr. Bateman is extremely insightful and thorough. I had been to two other eye doctors for dry eye, and was advised to use warm washcloths. That does nothing. My appointments with Dr. Bateman are 45-60 minutes long. She does extensive testing and will keep trying different prescriptions and other creative methods for dry eye. My dry eye has improved with her support. She genuinely cares about her patients, which seems very rare these days. I strongly recommend Dr. Bateman.

I had a really good experience with them. I liked the Dr., enjoyed chatting with the receptionists, and appreciated was able to try several different contacts for a few days prior to committed to one free of charge, and made a solid effort to sneak me in around my crazy schedule and much earlier then others I called could. I haven't been to other eye Drs in the area, but I could not imagine the experience being better.

I sent a DETAILED request for information via their website to this provider a week ago. I was very specific in what my optical needs are, pretty basic actually, I'm new in town and looking for a new eye doctor. I left my name, ph#, email. They NEVER even gave me the courtesy of a response! That speaks VOLUMES about their attitude and lack of desire to help people. In this economy I chose to patronize a competitor that responded to me immediately. Once a provider shows themselves as cocky and uncaring about responding to a prospective patient, they deserve to be boycotted. I've shared this story with everyone I know, and their lack of response will cost them more than it cost me.

Great service and friendly staff. They were very flexible and were able to fit me in for an eye exam on very short notice.
