My daughter and I decided to give Luxe Nails a try for the first time and I was highly disappointed with the performance of my pedicure. First, They did not offer a drink, which they provide to customers. Secondly, The two gentlemen that were doing our pedicures were checking out all the women’s behind and speaking their language with giggles and laughing, however making it so obvious, if they choose to do this please be respectful and discreet to the customers. Lastly, when I pay a total of $100 I certainly expect a full treatment of performance on our feet. They did not perform half of the work that we always have at other locations. I definitely felt that they short handed us and they were more worried about making the quick buck with very little work performance to our pedicures. The business where I go was sold and is located a bit far. I did call to inform them of my disappointment. They did however state that I can go back on Monday. We will see if they can make and keep a customer happy, to be continued!! I will inform everyone of their performance and if given customer satisfaction!!

Went in for a pedicure with my husband on 8/22/21. We loved our service! My nail tech took his time and really worked on my toes! We will be back!

Good, but I went to see some guy that I was referred to. He was late, didnt apologize, no beverage and cmon could at least take 5bucks off. Was thinking of coming back but nahhhh

Everyone there was polite and kind, and friendly. For my first time going there I was definitely taken care of. Will definitely be going back. Keep up the good work.
