For several years I went to this place to get my nails done but months ago I went there and they convinced me to get done the synergy nails (Gel Nails). They were done beautiful and I loved them but one week later I had problems with them, my thumb nails was hurting a lot and the tips came off. I lost both thumb finger nails, the left one took 4 month to grow but the right one is almost 11 months and looks horrible, finally I decided to go and ask for something so my nail can heal but the lady I spoke with gave me excuses that: I didn't went there for the filling, no matter if I explained I was in pain and I didn't want any touch in there, she said she can't do anything to help me the only thing I can do is put nail polish to cover the ugly that my nails look... REALLY???!!! I never had that problem before and THIS COULDN'T HAPPENED IF THEY USE NEW UTENSILS WITH EACH PEOPLE WHO GO THERE. THEY ALWAYS USE THE SAME UTENSILS WITH EVERYBODY, THAT WHATS HAPPENED TO ME. They are very nice to encourage you to get nails done there but when a problem happened the story is very different... They lost a good client already. I never expected that treatment from them but I just have one time to be treated bad to have enough. Now I have to deal with my nail and find out how to get it heal. Go To Another Place!!!
