Never going back. I was cut each time on last 3 visits. Got not so much as a sorry. Am sure they no longer sanitize tools as clippers for manicure was pulled from the nail tech's pocket. After they trimmed my toe nails (and cut me) those clippers were returned to the drawer. Next day could not tell I had a fresh manicure ended up getting another manicure 3 days later.

I came in on Tuesday evening to get a French manicure, and it's the best one I have ever had. They are very friendly and patient! I recommend going here 👍

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! If I could give a zero rating that is what they deserve. My elderly Mom and I walked in at 6:05pm (they closed at 7pm) and the first thing one of the workers said was "Come back tomorrow, we are tired. We have people in the back and we cannot serve you." What in the world? I used to live here and now live in Katy, TX and would never have been treated this way. I asked if there was a nail salon nearby and she said, "Yes, across the street." So Mom and I went to Lilly Nails and had 4 wonderful people waiting for us and gave us exceptional service. We were even out by 7pm!! GO TO LILLY NAILS OR SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO NOT GO HERE!

I usually go to tulip nails off Perkins but I was in a rush so I decided to go to highland nails since it was right by my home. When I entered I was told to pick a color after I was asked "what I wanted?" I picked the color sat in the waiting area because they only had 3 workers and they already had 3 customers I was told it would be around a 10 minute wait which I actually waited 20 minutes before I left. Before I left another lady caucasian walked in and picked her color and sat in the waiting area to be served. A nail tech finished with a customer and instead of taking me she told me that I had to wait and took the other lady and started to work on her. At that point I can now see that my service was not wanted so I left and went across the street to lily nails that did a wonderful job on my hands and feet. Highland nails definitely showed a racist action yesterday and I'm going to make sure to leave a review anywhere I see you can for them!
