A nice change up from typical nail salons.
Visiting from out of town and needed a last minute manicure. Booked an appointment. They were on time.
The place has a clean and simple color scheme with a long quartz bar and chairs, instead of individual tables. It’s a nice change up.
Bill was a total gentlemen and did a great job.
No pressure to upcharge into a no chip manicure.
Pedi area had some booths and swanky lounge like chairs.
Worth a try!

I had an amazing appointment at Nova. My nail tech Bill was extremely polite and friendly and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my service every step of the way. I will definitely be a reoccurring customer, I already made my appointment with the receptionist that was super nice as well ☺️

I got my wife a gift card for Christmas.Wish i never did.Place looks nice but the people are rude and service horrible.Never again.My wife came home almost in tears.I rather spend my hard earned money where its appreciated.And the people treat you good.Just because the shop looks nice doesn't make it a good place to go.Go to,PERFECT NAILS.They may not be as fancy but the quality and service is 5stars every time.

Rude and couldn't get the service I needed even though I had an appointment. Ridiculous. I called and told them I would be a little late and they said it was fine. Go to Lavish Nails in Machesney Park. They are so much nicer, respectful, and have quality nails!
