Let me just say Phuong listened to me as a NEW client to the very T and everything I walked her through what I liked and wanted done from clipping to short nails to squaring super square to not trying to pressure me into buying extra stuff - yes they ask but that’s not the quality of service you get here. They do BY Appointments Only bcz it’s husband and wife and they have depended on others to help their business but were not up to their standards so it’s just these two only working here. quite frankly I like the By Appointment only bcz like today it was focused on me and and she did a superb job. James talked to me about Gel and Dip and how he uses Chisel a New kind of Dip you can actually use on your nail and it’s not as harsh (chemicals and taking it off) and how you can back Fill with it Vs other places I have been have never shown me a product like that esp when my Dip nail was grown out - I will try this sometime ~ I didn’t get nails or anything out on but I would assume their service ans experienxe is as good as their pedicure services I love the Herbal Pedicure it was great for $45 and they offer a lot just look at their list of items and TODAY they got new pedicure things in for new services to choose from also it’s cool they have basic pedicure service also for $25 but if I’m going to a Nail salon that’s upscale I will pay for something that’s relaxing smells good and feels great for my skin so I get the better package to buy and treat myself. I enjoyed Phuong and her husband James very friendly and courtesy and attentive ~ also they do great with Ingrown toenails IF you have any that’s a perk they said they do it right here vs going to the Doctor. Overall great day & service I give it a 5 star!!! My Daughter introduced me to this place. I have been going to the same nail tech for "10" yrs! About "1" yr ago my daughter told me about Creative Nails, & it's owner's, James &
Phuong. I have beautiful nails, however I like putting the gel polish, keeping them pretty longer. For yrs I have suffered from ingrown toenail's, having to go to a Dr to have them cut out, or suffer the pain. 🔸NOT ANYMORE!🔸
I call James, DR. JAMES. As I watched him work on my toes, I was expecting pain, there was none! His professionalism was better than that of a podiatrist. Thanks to Dr James, I no longer have to suffer w/pain. My husband also enjoy's pedicure's once a month, being diabetic I encourage everyone to this. James is so different than any other nail salon I have ever been to, he treats his customers as if they were his family, when it comes to feet, your his patient, I have seen him build a toenail where the toenail had been removed due to re-accuring ingrown toenail's. Now I don't have to worry about my toes anymore! These two really do care ❤ about their customers, you just don't get that anywhere else. And yes, it matters🐦

I Had a very bad experience there. Will not be returning. Ask if he could push my cuticles back. He came unglued. Very unprofessional. Attempted to try to berate me. He seemed to forget that I was his client. I was not rude, be he was. Will spend my money elsewhere.

Finally, a manicurist - a Nail Artist - who is precise and cares about QUALITY, not just how fast a job can be completed. James has worked miracles with my weak nails; they look the best of my life (60 years). I have had gel and gel powder manicures previously. James has created a way to precisely PAINT gel powder on my nails, shaping and enhancing them, then uses gel on top for a lovely polished effect. This has enabled my nails to be longer and prettier than with any other method. Also, they remain flawless - no chipping - between manicures, despite lots of dishwashing, yard work, etc. Photo below shows my nails 16 days after previous manicure - more significant than immediately after a manicure.
