My new place! Clean, staff was friendly but not to chatty, after all you want to just relax during pedi and getting naila done...impressed that they sanitize tools and have liners in pedi tub, most places re use without cleaning...did my nails perfect! Prices are good.

This place is the most horrible ever. I walked in and they never said HI until 20mins later. Worst consumer service ever .Not enough workers .They all need better consumer service. They have there daughter working to understand the people .They talk about you as well. NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN .

So I went in this place with my friend. They took her, put the acrylic on her nails and told me to wait 15 minutes. I’ve been sitting here for an hour now and they took 5 people in front of me! So my friend and I kept asking why they’re doing this and the man doing her nails was straight up ignoring her. They’ve been treating us very disrespectfully this entire time and ignoring us. Not only this but the man just stopped doing her nails to do someoen else’s. Another woman is doing three people at once and making everyone wait on eachotner. Either hire more people or go by appointments. I’ll for sure never be coming back here considering they refuse to help me even though I’m being nothing but kind. Now that the woman is doing her nails, she keeps asking her questions and she’s getting ignored. I’m still waiting here and I don’t think they are ever gonna help me. Worst customer service I’ve actually experienced .

This place is terrible. My girlfriend went there and they didn't even say anything to her for 20 mins. She wanted and pedi and ended up walking out. She will never go there again. They talk about you, make you wait for ever. PLACE IS TERRIBLE NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. THE NAIL POLISH IS TERRIBLE. THEY ADD PAINT THINER TO IT. New Owners need to help and people that are excited about there job. 💅👎👎 Need better consumer service BIG TIME
