I have tried queen bee of 3 different times, and the result is the same... They recognize that you're there they tell you to sit down in the chair and wait for the salontech to come over... 15 minutes or longer and not only does no one talk to you and let you know when you will be helped even with an appointment but they just flat-out ignore you... Do not go here it is a waste of time effort and energy... Beyond that it is exceptionally frustrating

With-in a week I had 7/10 nails break off... never have i ever had any issues till i tried here!! they charge you each time to fix a nail definitely not worth spending your money.. I’ll never go back

Love my Kim she does your eyebrows the best they are all so friendly and excellent people. Best place to get a pedicure, manicure, and waxing.

I love coming here to get my eyebrows done but nails not so much I've broke nails with in one week of having them and they don't put enough acrylic that it looks like I need a refill again

I got acrylic nails and my fingers started bleeding because of how rough she eas with the tools, even after I told her I had sensitive hands. I won't be going back anytime soon.
