I want to start by saying I will not be going back! I went to get my nails done on Friday last week and I had no complaints, paid her named price plus tip. Everything changed when the nails start popping off Wednesday of this week (less than a week after it was made). I went back to her respectfully and showed her it’s coming off after a few days and the first thing she asked was if I hit my nail, I told her I didn’t hit it on anything, she kept repeating it making it seem like I was lying. I told her it’s on both fingers and if I knew it was my fault I won’t have returned. Right after I said that she said maybe it’s because I’m not used to long nails and I told her that’s not true either and I didn’t do anything to cause it. She did not take any accountability or apologize, she was passive aggressive instead and said she’s been doing nails for many years. She started to fix it and damn near broke my real nail while cutting old nail off, i flinched and expressed that it hurt, she just looked at me and continued, then she cut me while using the machine to file my nails, same thing happened and she didn’t even acknowledge it or apologize! I was at this point in pain and beyond annoyed, when she was done I just left. I was never rude to her, neither did I disrespect her and with that she still tried to gaslight me into taking fault for something I didn’t cause and also physically hurt my fingers as well. Her attitude explains why her shop is empty. she treated me liar & like I did the nails for free in the first place. The experience was disturbing to say the least! Zero responsibility from her, terrible attitude and terrible service. Wish I could give zero stars.

They cut my right hand too short- after I had worked so hard to grow them. They had all kinds of shapes, not what I asked for. Over priced. Didn't even do my cuticles. And the color was not the same as what was on the sample nails. This was my valentines gift to myself and I felt like crying! The guy was busy answering his phone and filed my nails too short then a lady came in took over and then was grumpy with me as she messed the shapes up.
Poor poor service. I was in there over an hour and a half and not one customer was there the entire time. I should have known better. If a shop is empty on a day like Valentines, then buyer beware.

I showed up in the morning and only ONE person was inside getting their nails done but they said appointments only, I need to come back around 1pm. So I guess no walkins even when they are slow... I came back to get the pedicure, no menu, no price list. The guy did a pretty good job for $50 but they weren't shaped how I asked and I've had MUCH better foot massages in the past. It was satisfactory but not GREAT, I'll keep shopping around.
