If I could give a negative 5, I would..... After waiting for exactly 2 hours, I was finally greeted. I asked what I needed. I replied, "a soak off." She then stated " we are closed. You can come back tomorrow." The lady sitting across from me jumped in and replied, "She's been waiting for over an hour and a half." I stated, " yes, may you please remove? I need a removal to return to work. I have waited patiently. May you At least clip them off?" She rolled her eyes and said they were closed. None of the other nail technicians offered to assist. I had a horrible experience. I have never been so disrespected. I will never go back. I will also tell my family not to return. NO RESPECT+ NO SERVICE= NO 💰.
