This was the worst manicure I have ever had. She filed my nails and they were not shaped nice. She handed me the nail file & I had to fix my own nails before she could continue. Then the polish was the slopest job I have ever seen. She did not even go all the way to edge on side of nail with polish on some nails & she got on my skin & did a sloppy job of cleaning that off on others. And it took her 2 hours to do all of this. I keep my nails nice so there was not that much for her to do. And the polish started coming off the same night. Worst manicure I have ever had. I'm from Shreveport & it has never taken me 2 hours to get a regular manicure before. The only reason I went there was because I was given a gift certificate from my boss for Christmas.

I go here every time I come to town, and they never disappoint. They are super friendly and easy to chat with as well.

This salon is a bit pricey, but I enjoyed my service and I would recommend it !!

well it took 2 hours and second day of my acrylics my gel paint came off! i’m very disappointed! i was expecting a lot more from the wait i’m honestly very upset and do not recommend this place i felt forgotten about and terrible customer service.
