As soon as I walked into Regal Cuts by Rita, I was overwhelmed with good vibes and kind people. Their services were amazing. I have been told by many people that I had damaged hair. The before and after was amazing. My hair has never felt so smooth and healthy. Besides the fabulous hair service, the employees were so welcoming and easy to talk to. I love getting my hair cut at Regal Cuts by Rita!
