When I arrived I stated that I would like a manicure and pedicure. They immediately took me back for my pedicure which was great, but the nail tech didn't say a word to me the whole time except to ask me if I wanted my toe nails cut down. They didn't offer me a drink or ask me how I was doing or how the water temperature was (which was too cool). Then I was walked over to the drying station where I waited to get my manicure.... and waited and waited. Finally, someone asked me how my pedicure was and I said it was fine, but now I'm waiting on my manicure. His response was "Oh, we forgot your pedicure. It'll be just a minute," and then laughed about it with the others. I should have walked out then, but I waited patiently for my manicure. Then when all was said and done, I ended up paying more than the advertised price on their website. Needless to say, I will not be going back. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of one is because I actually did enjoy my pedicure.

They're not doing a good job there, except for kevin is good.and they charge too much money

Very friendly staff. Clean facility. Relaxing environment. Prices were extremely fair. Only thing I could complain about is I wish they had more nail color options

Love this nail spa. Plenty of professionals to help with manicure, pedicure, waxing. Very friendly. Walk-ins welcome, recomend appt.
