I met my friend there for a $30 pedicure. The whole process felt rushed. When I got out I could see that the job was very poorly done. I had paint on other parts of my toes and not all the toes were fully painted. Also nails were cut crooked and some way too short. They were not shaped well. When I wrote an email with pictures asking for a this to be redone once my nails grew out, they told me I could have a paint change within a week of my pedicure though it took them over 48 hours to respond to me. Total waste of money.

This salon is very clean and that’s the first thing I look for when I get my nails done. Customer service is also very good. I love my nails every time!!

Love it here! Started doing the dip manicure....I’ve since moved. It’s changed quite a bit.

If you want flawless looking nails I'd highly recommend Serenity. The staff is friendly and efficient. They're the best nail place I've ever been to!

My nails were ok but the rest of my feet was poorly done... I basically paid for my feet to be washed and oiled the dead skin and rough edges that I went there with are still on my feet even after pointing it out. Honestly I regret spending my money
