Great customer service, but I will probably NEVER go back. Went in for a pedicure yesterday and some of my toes aren't even polished all the way. The coats of paint are so thin and you can see directly through to my nail. I really feel like I wasted $30.

If I could give them a zero I would. I had a 9am appointment with three other people. While the other people in my party were being serviced, I was left to sit. There were more than enough people to work on all of us, especially since we called the night before to schedule the appointment. 9:45 rolls around, two walk-ins have come in and were being serviced my friends were all and I was just sitting there. I got up and left and went to pay for my eyebrow waxing and the price changed 3 times, first it was 25, then 15 then 10. He explained that I was leaving an appointment where they had put people aside to work on the 4 of us, and I was leaving early. I had sat there for 45 minutes with no service. I can't help but to wonder if my being an amputee, and the fact that they would only get half of what they would for a regular person didn't play into it at all.

Bryan helped me after I had a bad experience. My nails look really nice. The acrylic did hurt for a day but it is fine now and it looks realy pretty. John is also very helpful.

I get my gel manicure every 2 weeks i went here cause I was caught around the way WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I dont know why they have 4 stars! The nail tech glued the glove to my finger ripped my skin and then dipped my finger in aseton! Worst and over priced service ever.
