First and last time going there. Went with my 13 year old daughter since she'd been wanting to get her nails done for a while and we happened to be in the same plaza. The price was $24.00 for her full set. After the color was put on the price went to 40. The lady said she didn't know my daughter didn't want gel color. ( $16 00 more just for gel polish) Well she didn't even bother to ask either my daughter or myself. She had the nerve to say "oh I can take it off and put regular"... like really? I didn't want to wait anymore, I just paid and left..

I found this treasure of a salon back in June when we moved to Chandler. I have to keep up my nails due to my job. In a career field that requires a lot of hours on my end, Tammy & Michelle ALWAYS ensure that I am well taken care of. They do an AMAZiiNG job on my nails. Their pedicures are a little slice of heaven on earth. They don’t ever make me feel rushed & truly take the time to ensure that I’m allowed to really enjoy my time here. Thank you so much & keep up the wonderful work!

These ladies are awesome! Tammy was such a huge help! I came in with nightmare nails and she completely transformed them. Needless to say, I'll be back!

I have been a regular customer at this salon since 2008 and customer service and quality of work was always superb. HOWEVER, since this salon has undergone a management and staff change the level of quality is hardly recognizable. Most of the veteran staff left when management changed but there are 2 left - Heidi and Michelle. I feel so sorry for them working in a whole new environment. But I mainly feel sorry for me and the other regular customers who are suffering. It seems like the emphasis is on quantity instead of quality. They overbook appointments, rush you through, and try and pressure you to pay for more services. Yesterday I was in the salon and there was so much confusion about who would work on which customer, and there's a bunch of screaming across the salon; it seemed so unorganized. My technician didn't start on me until 40 minutes AFTER my appointment time. There is a new girl Tori in there greeting customers. She was polite and courteous but it's not the same salon at all. I am really thinking of taking my business elsewhere. So sad!

I’ve been a very loyal customer and bring everyone I know! Recently have had horrible service! Booked appointments and I show up on time and other people’s appoinments are priority over mine.... very unprofessional, felt very uncomftorbal and I un-welcomed! Very disappointed and makes me very sad that I loved my nails there. Time for a new salon worth my money!
