Your nails doesn’t seem to match up to what you are saying. I’m a nail tech and I can tell you that your fungus was not from the last time they filled you nails. I’ve been going to get my nails done here ever since Ms. Snow works there. They clean their tools right in front of you and their sterilize all the products im front of you as well. If you had gotten this fungus from your previous fill in then your fungus location should’ve been a little bit higher near the cuticle. Looking at your nails, it looks like you don’t take care of yourself well, because after a certain amount of fill in (2-3) you should be getting a full set. As for taking pictures of their license, I could see why they wouldn’t let you do it. If I didn’t do your nails and you got a fungus, then you’re putting dirt on my name. People would say they get their nails done by someone and will try to get their nails done for free. In any words, I believe if you’re going to complain about a service then please get all your descriptions right.

I went to go get my nails done to treat myself for the day and I went to a place that I've been going to for the past 2 months and while there I was getting a pedicure and a fill in on a full set that they did last month so while the lady was putting the nail polish on my toes the other lady came to take the nail polish off my nails and she takes the acrylic off of one of my nails and I asked her why was my fingernail that color she said it was a fungus and I said a fungus from how I've never had a fungus on my nails before and she said it's natural I've never had this happen before. so I asked the ladyto show me how they sterilize their equipment and she got defensive and started yelling in a different language and everything. so I went to the wall to go get the license information and the lady took the information off the wall. I videoed her doing this. and in the video i am trying to get the information and she's constantly removing stuff while I'm trying to get it then she started following me she was outraged and I didn't understand why she was upset and not me. These are my real nails. I usually just get gel polish. I get my nails done every 2 weeks.

Used to go here a lot and I should’ve stopped after the first incident. I caught a fungal infection and my nails were hurting so bad. I no longer had a nail bed because every day my nail bed would naturally push back to the point where I could rip my entire nail off with no pain. Just went back a couple days ago, got my eyebrows waxed and pedicure. I broke out in hives all over my face immediately after the waxing. Which left little blisters on my face. The lady cut off so much skin on my toe that my toe is super tender now. These are my experiences and I’m not bad mouthing the place however, it’s a lot of nail salons. Don’t just be loyal to one place.

Always a great experience. You have to get there early(when they open) as they get busy fast and old be a wait.

It's my nail place but it's sometimes hit or miss.
