First time going in there, I asked if the public could buy he said yes. He never helped me I try to explain what I needed he spoke good English. And when he couldn't help me and he was helping the other clients at by big supplies as I'm walking out he goes so sorry so sorry I'll never go back. One customer makes a difference Word of Mouth.

Does anyone know the phone number for this place because that is the wrong number for this place. The number on here is for a doctors office. Sounds so suspicious. I bought 148 nail polishes yesterday and two of them had been used. I would like to call them to exchange them.

Awful place. My sister bought a wax warmer here. Turned out it is defective (literraly un-used). Brought it back to the store, asked for an exchange. Store employee said no refund, no exchange policy (even though the receipt has no such term printed on it).
Asked what do I supposed to do, the employee said nothing they can do. Said we need to deal with the manufacture on our own.
Such horrible customer service. DO NOT COME HERE AND BUY ANYTHING. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. Their tough luck attitude is just sickening.

I brought a nail dryer over the weekend and was told NO RETURN and I said that fine I don't plan to as long as the product is working like it suppose to. Well when I got home and try to do my daughter and my nail and was excited to try OUR new nail dryer and it DOESN'T work like they promised. And before I brought this I ask which one is OK for at home use NOT salon use and I was show this one is good and let me tell you it $44 product NOT five or ten dollars product. Call their office today asking if I can upgrade to the one that salon use which is $80 and I was told " remember to told you NO RETURN, NO exchange or refund. I could be wrong but I was told FIVE time by two people NO RETURN but NOT one person say anything about not to exchange or upgrade and he also add on remember I check the LIGHT and make sure the LIGHT come on and have you check to SEE if the LIGHT is working. YES the LIGHT is working but it DOESN'T dry YOUR nail like it to suppose to. I guess if you are going to buy a nail dryer from them make sure you paint your nail and try it out right then and there other wise you will struck with $44 dollars of TRASH in your hand like me. I was told to call the manufacturer and they don't have any info for you either you have to look it up yourself. So be VERY afraid if you plan to buy anything from them. They WILL not help you or work with you at all. I would give them negative reviews if it allow me. They will NOT take any responsibility for any of their products once it out of their store good luck to you. And once again I wasn't plan to return anything if their products work.
