I was on a day trip in Lancaster on 4/17/18 and needed my nails done. I googled and found this place nearby. The website looked great. Yet when I arrived, the salon did not look that way at all. When I entered the door I immediately noticed that the pedicure foot tubs did not look clean. I asked about their cleaning process between clients and about how they cleaned the instruments. The lady was immediately irritated and though she initially said she could do my manicure, then she abruptly said she could not do it because she had another appointment. She just walked away. So I just walked out.

Great service. Not really worth money to get Geller except the massage and scrub is good. Geller doesn't really do much. The guy there massages feet so good.

I would’ve given 4 if I wasn’t slightly freaked out with how my acrylic nails were removed. Pretty much had a small anxiety attack. They were removed by being picked & peeled from my nails which was pretty freaky & kinda hurt since my nail beds felt sensitive during the process. And my nail acrylics ended up being shorter than what I wanted but that’s ok. I was happy with the colour of the nail polish. I dunno, it wasn’t my best nail salon experience but it didn’t end terribly.

Please save yourself the headache of going to this salon. There are better salons in Lancaster with the same pricing. First red flag with Premium Nail Spa is the picture that is shown when you google the place - it’s not accurate at all. Second red flag was when I was getting my dip nails done they were actually dipping my nails into the container. They never even asked me what shape I wanted. They rushed the whole process to take a walk in and my nails looked horrible - they didn’t file the sides so my nails just looked like m&m’s. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
