I just moved from pa n was looking for a place to get my nails done. I got a full set of ombre pink n white acrylics. A little on the $$ side but u def get what u pay for. THE MOST. GORGEOUS SET OF NAILS I'VE HAD IN 20YRS OF GETTING MY NAILS DONE!!! She took her time n made sure they were perfect. I will never get my nails done anywhere else but here ever again. Period. The best!

I just called to get an appointment. they are the worst . nothing till next week. said she only has one person? how are you a nail place, with one worker. I just hung up cause, she clearly has no interest in new business. so went to see other reviews and pictures? am I the only one noticing the poor work, the nail bed doesn't look taken care of. worst place ever

IF I COULD GIVE MINUS 5 STARS I WOULD HORRIBLE SERVICE I went to Top Nails and Spa for a pedicure with my daughter who was getting a full set. The staff giving me my pedicure was not friendly and ignored me when i said the water was too cold. I told her a second time before she emptied the tub and filled it with scalding water. after trimming the nails on one foot she placed it in the tub and began the second foot. i told her that the toe on my left foot had been injured but she continued painfully digging into my toenail. she exfoliated and buffed my left foot and leg and put it in the water. she was empting the water for polishing when i said that my right foot had not been exfoliated. she said yes it had. i said no. she said yes. i said no. i asked her to feel both my legs as one was slick from exfoliant and the other wasn't. she still denied and then clicked her tongue at me. i told the staff i was done and did not want to continue the pedicure. My daughter's full set was done beautifully with the exception of a cut under one of her nails that continued to bleed. the staff told my daughter that she had to cut her finger because her nail was glued on too tight. while i waited, the staff doing my daughter's nails said that 1. The pipes were not working so the water wasn't getting hot. NO. the second filling was scalding and painful. 2. She had video tape that showed my right leg was exfoliated. NO. The tape was blurry and only showed both my legs in the tub. 3. Clicking your tongue was a common practice in their culture. I don't know about this statement. I just know that here clicking your tongue when dealing with a customer is rude and disrespectful. This nail salon had an excuse for everything, an apology for nothing and still charged me for my pedicure.
