I started off loving this place but the last two times I have been it wasn't great. It honestly all depends on the nail artist that you get. The last two ladies grinded on my cuticles so badly that they were sore the next day. Honestly they do have amazing nail techs there you just have to know who to go to. The location is ALWAYS clean and friendly, so those are HUGE pluses.

I used to love coming here but after my recent experience I won't be coming back. My pedicure was just fine but everything went wrong with the manicure and eyebrows. The nail tech (who I usually go to for eyebrows) cut me twice with the cuticle remover and immediately apologized and put neosporin on but threw the cuticle remover right back into her drawer. No cleaning!
I was going for a chrome polish, but after the second nick I didn't want anything and told her I didn't want the manicure anymore. I didn't want anything getting into the cuts. She became very pushy and insisted that I get some type of polish. I guess she realized that I wouldn't be spending the original 45 plus dollars and wanted to get something out of it. After about 5 minutes of her being pushy I gave in and got quick normal polish.
Same person usually does my eyebrows and did a great job before. However, this time she was repeatedly apologizing about my nails and then proceeded to pinch my eyebrow skin with the tweezers. I was done after that. I immediately went to check out, where I was still charged for the polish of course. The service used to be really good, but after this visit it felt like it was rushed and it made me really pay attention to the cleanliness portion. Be careful

Its clean and they have a nice selection of colors. However I probably wouldn’t come back. I came for a pedicure and no one really spoke to me, and the chairs you sit in dont massage and aren’t very comfortable. Im kind of tall and I wasn’t able to really stretch out and relax during the pedicure.

The nail tech made my cuticles bleed and then sprayed alcohol on it afterwards! My dip powder was lumpy and thick !!! I’ll never go again ! Service sucks

The service sucks. I only get acrylic on my nails, and 3 days later it is lifted. So I think to myself maybe it was that particular nail tech. I go again request a certain shape I had to go home and reshape the nails myself. The final straw was when I got my nails done on a Thursday and the ACRYLIC WAS COMPLETELY OFF LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER! I requested it be fixed and was told I had to WAIT after about 15 other's were taken care of. After it was explained I had an event to attend which was my reason for coming in that Thursday morning. The staff was extremely rude, and unprofessional. That $75.00 spent will be the last spent there.
