They would laugh at me for breaking a nail I deliver mail so I'm kind of tough on my nails but when I came in to get a nail fixed I tipped really well like usually $10 for One Nail but each time that I broke a nail not only did they laugh at me but they made them thicker and thicker and thicker and when I asked them not to they did anyway so I stopped going there

Bad vibe, rude attitude, unresponsive. They rush and do a sloppy job, nails on hands and feet were bubbly and smudgy. Eyebrows too thin. Stops working on me to watch TV. All they want to do is be on phones and tablets. What was the rush if I was literally the only customer. Smh. Never had such a terrible feeling in any nail shop. My first and last time in there. Will never go back. No matter what. Yesterday was most definitely my first and last time. Good thing I wasn't getting everything done for a special occasion, not a friendly or professional place at all. Very devastating and disappointing. And this is just a summary.

Would not recommend this nail shop for anyone. The guy is rude af and my nails look awful. Haven't even been a full week and my nails already need a fill-in. The lady rushed on my nails and they are uneven and wide af 🖕🏾 And they have roaches. Y'all mfers don't even deserve a 1 star.

The guy technician personality is HORRIBLE. I complained that he cut my nails crooked and instead of trying to correct the problem he began to argue with me, which is foolish. Arguing didn't help or correct my nail. He was in such a rush to get back on the computer that he couldn't do his job. People please understand if your job requires you to interact with customers you should try your best to accommodate them . This is how you earn a living, this is how you feed your family. I didn't go there to argue nor do I pay to debate. Good customer service goes a long way. Needless to say my dollar will be going else where. He can keep his awful attitude and his sub par nail techniques. 🤑

The worst nail experience ever. I've been twice in 2 years, because they're always empty & u can go right in & get your nails done, but I see why they're always empty. It's only 3ppl working there & they're very very rude, my nails they tried to do were uneven & my polish was on my fingers. I asked them to redue my nails they just polished over my uneven nails, I told him they were uneven & he argued with me about MY nails. I don't understand why he was rushing on my nails & no one was coming in there. I was the only customer. When u can't accomplish a $25.00 full set u need to close your shop down. I'll NEVER go back. EVER. I don't care if I was offered free service. Never.
