My wife used to be a regular at the establishment with no issues ever occurring. This last time she went in she noticed the acrylic on one nail just completely came off!! No big deal right, but the following day 2 more on the same hand came off. I was planning on not going back but my husband said to call them and explain to them what happened, mistakes do get made we are all only human after all. So she called and mind you this is literally 3 days after getting them done, the tech said it was on the house and she even ended up switching the polish she had got three days prior from the same place, as to not seem like she needs a free service. The nail lady had the audacity to try to blame the nails coming off as her fault!!!! I mean seriously maybe 1 but not 3 on the same hand!!! Needless to say she made her feel very uncomfortable and mind you she goes religiously every to weeks to do gel and acrylic hands and feet which is not cheap. You have lost a good client and will never return. If you mess up just own it don't try to pass it off as another person causing the issue. Very shocked by how she was treated. Remember without a client there is no business and many places seem to forget these things especially with a regular client, HOW RUDE AND CLASSLESS

Well, I have a lot to say so if you want an honest review stop here to read and DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE!!! RUUUUUNN!! I called and made an appointment with a woman who spoke good english for a man/pedi, who I later found out is "Kim". When I arrived to the shop an older lady began my nails. She started clipping my cuticle and my finger bled, she wiped it on the towel my hands were hovering over and proceeded to do my nails. Just as she went to polish my nails she took out clear polish and polished over my bleeding skin in attempts to make my finger stop bleeding (this polish did not go in the trash I'm sure). She finished polishing my nails and moved on to my toes. With time to inspect my nails I noticed she polished over cuticle, lint and blood. Leaving my nails looking a lumpy messy. I leaned down and asked if she would mind cleaning up the sides of my nails, her reply was they are fine, it will come off when you shower. I asked if she would please fix them (mind you I am the paying customer). She told me Kim would fix them because I did not like the way she did my nails. The older nail tech that was doing my toes then stopped my toes and began tugging at my hands. Due her attitude and Kim's frowning face I asked if they would removed the polish from my hands all together, as I would have to pay to have another shop remove the gel. After removing the polish she took away the water for my feet, leaving my toes undone. She then asked for a payment of $22.00. I handed her my card, signed the receipt, got my card back and I asked that my toes get polished at the very least. Kim said she did not want to do my toes because she would not fix them if I did not like them. I replied that's fine and she began polishing my toes. The older lady asked where the receipt I signed went. I replied, I gave it to you. She looked around and asked me again. Kim wrapped up with my nails and asked me to sign another receipt. I declined and she refused to assist putting my shoes on, as I put my shoes on of course I messed my toes up. As I walked out Kim wrote down my license plate threatening to call the police on me. As a woman of color with the recent police issues on the news, I went right up to the police station making my very own police report and presented my receipt to the sheriff. I came here to relax and pay to get pampered, instead I got a headache and threatened for getting crappy service. THIS PLACE IS UNSANITARY, RUDE AND NEEDS TO BE OUT OF OUR COMMUNITY. DON'T COME HERE. by the way I'm sure they are polishing my blood onto others fingers.

This place is dirty... They use the same cleaning tools that were being used on the person before me and had I not said anything they would have just used it on me without any disinfection!!! CAN YOU SAY GROSS... And to top it all off they tried overcharging me $10 bucks! Good thing I actually look at the receipt. People save your time and money and stay away from here
