The older male technician is extremely ignorant and makes no apologies for his behavior. All of the other technicians are professional.

I have been visiting this nail salon for 14 yrs. Very nice salon. However, since they downsized 2 yrs. ago, they have been firmly asking for tips. I have always left a tip. This behavior makes me uncomfortable.

Went there twice in one week to try to get my eyebrows done. Both times the gentleman told me to come back it's almost 12pm where your staff?! Today is the second time I've went in he was all alone and I asked for my eyebrows he said that he doesn't know how.... Get your act together man... I won't be coming back.

I've been going here for a few years, but in the last year or so things have changed. They aren't as good as they used to be. They also try to push you to wax your eyebrows so they can get more money out of you. Without warning or asking, they give you a paraffin hand treatment then charge you through the nose for it. The first time I thought it was complimentary until it was time to pay. The ladies are nice enough but overall it isn't the greatest spot in town.
