They are okay. Pricing is high. Just for a color change it was $40 dollars !!! No mam I shouldn’t have to pay the same amount as if I’m getting new nails put on.

I absolutely LOVE Nails by Tracy! I was recommended by my boyfriends family and they are so sweet and caring! Every time I go in, they always check up on me and ask how I am doing, and they remember personal details that I tell them at previous visits. I usually ask for Rose because thats who I've always gone in to see but they are all great, I would go in for any one of the ladies. I've been going there for almost 2 years now and since I'm in college, I go whenever I am home!

I came in around 9:45am on a Monday for a pedicure and shellac manicure. I had Ann who was very efficient and did a good job. She did not my pedi and mani and eyebrow wax. I, naturally, messed up my big toe transitioning to my mani and she fixed it immediately and without complaint or rush to catch back up with the time I caused her. Overall very nice salon and very efficient in both time and cost.

Terrible job at Shellac. Lasted a week. Didn't do the manicure part of the manicure (cuticles, etc). Just painted on shellac. Let it dry for 30 sec and not 60 recommended sec; causing it to probably last a week. I'll never go back.
