The owner and the male tech were very nice. The older lady who did my nails had a attitude the whole time she did my nails. She was rough, cutting my cuticles and did a horrible job on shaping my nails and even polishing them. I had to get my nails polished twice because she did such a crappy job. I told her what happened and she just said “oh”. I was recommended this place by someone, and I’ll NEVER go again.

Usually no complaints but today jus wasn't their day. I arrived 3p on sun for a mani/pedi n was asked to come back at 430p when I returned I waited 30min before i sat in the pedicure chair. Another 30min with my feet sitting in water. I had 2 tech's working on me at the same time. Pedi turned out fine but my nail tech rushed my SNS mani! My nails were very messy like a child had painted my nails...she tried to correct by filing n buffing but at that point there was no saving it. $5 off for my troubles 🤔. Thanks.

They're really nice but they could never get my nails shaped well. Always crooked or really oddly shaped. Finally decided to go elsewhere.

I love Dream Nails! It is the only nail shop I go to here in Winston-Salem. Kathy and her team are always pleasant, and they always do a great job on my nails. Pics attached for your viewing pleasure (SNS). I would definitely recommend this nail shop to others. Prices are really great and service is excellent.
