I was just in for highlights. I thought it would be so simple and was scheduled for 2.5 hours. I was at the salon for 6 hours... no lie. Not only did I only want highlights, due to over processing I was forced to get a haircut. When I asked them for as little cut off as she could, she chopped my hair. I literally left the salon crying. I have never been to a salon for that long in my life. To make the matters even worse, she charged me $390!!!!!! This was literally the worst experience of my life. I am never going back here again. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was in today for my haircut and had a great experience. Both stylists working were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they had. My haircut was beyond amazing looking.my stylist made sure she explained what she was going to do and it turned out fantastic looking in the end. I will definitely be back again. Thank you!!!!

The first two hair cuts I had at Regis were fine. This time the stylist did NOT listen to me. She chopped off an extra inch of hair, and the length is not even from side to side. Terrible experience this time.

Love this place! Rita was amazing! I had to wait a little bit to get in because I was running a bit behind. But, she made up for the extended wait and was very knowledgeable and professional and gave a great hair cut! Highly recommended.

I've been getting my hair cut and colored at this Regis location for more than 16 years. In that time for most of that time I've been seeing Rachel. I have never been sorry.
Attached are pictures from two different visits. The one with my hair down is the more recent visit, the up do is from about two years ago. I am thrilled with both. Rachel's understanding of advanced color theory is amazing! The most recent visit I wanted to get brighter greens; Rachel used trimmings to test color options.
I receive compliments on my hair all the time.
The salon is clean, well stocked, the stylists are friendly and engaging.
