The place itself is clean and professional. The employees were kind. BUT I received a call the day after my not-so lash lift, she asked me how my lashes were and I told her they were not curled/lifted anymore. She asked if I washed my lashes and I told her I did not. She replied with "okay well if you have any other problems feel free to call". My lash lift did not work and she did not see that as a problem. I am not happy with the way my lashes turned out. I paid 79.99$ + 10$ tip and I expect my lashes to last longer than 18 hours. Seemed very unprofessional to simply shrug off an unhappy client. Will not be returning

To admit, I haven’t used the services and only had an active interaction over the phone. What a difference! In stark contrast to the Waterford Lakes location, I was treated with a wonderful greeting and my concerns were taken with care by the receptionist over the phone. One of the things to get visitors into the door is to be as warm and open as possible to any of their concerns. Textbook example of great customer service. This in my mind is a reflection of how you are treated in for any of their services:respect, trust and congenial behavior. I would definitely recommend to all ages. Thank you. Had Breanna today and she was absolutely wonderful. She took great pride in her work and we had great conversation. She made sure I was comfortable and took her time. The only complaint I have is that they do not have mink eyelashes but that is no fault of Breanna. If you are going to get your lashes done here make sure you request her she definitely does not disappoint!

Nice staff, good atmosphere. Competitive pricing when you join the club. Natasha makes my lashes look perfect every time I visit!

Alexandra has been doing my lashes for over a month now and I’m always satisfied! I can now wake up feeling pretty without having to put on makeup! She’s amazing!!!
