I have rented from this store multiple times. The girls at this store ready me like family. They are always considerate and kind. Very professional and helpful. It's always a pleasant experience.

Worst service. As soon as i got there the employee did not say hi. There was another gentleman there, but the employee asked the guy first on how he can help him. I told him I got here first. I mean was it because I was a woman or Hispanic. But the proper way to do it is by saying "Who can I help next or ask who was here first" like the other lady employee did, but through out the process he was just awful. NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

Customer service was great! They were very helpful. My personal car was needing to be repaired. I rented a car for two days for a short trip. When I got back home; my personal vehicle was still not fixed. I called to extend my rental and I was able to do that without going back into the office. That was great! Very nice car and a pleasure to drive! Next time I need to rent a car; I will call Budget in Magnolia! Thanks girls!
